Cancer Research UK - Race for LifeSunday 18th May 2008 - Volunteer Marshalls Required

This year both the Cancer Research UK Race for Life (5k women only event) on Sunday 18th May and the 10k event Sunday 19th October, will take place at Scone Palace, both starting at 11.00am. They are looking for assistance from our members and wonder if we would consider volunteering at either or both events. At present they are a little short of route marshals for the Race for Life, so any assistance our members can offer will be greatly appreciated.

  • Contact Helen at Cancer Research UK for further information.

Three further candidates were chosen, Perth St Johns will sponsor two of these and Perth Kinnoull the other one, all 5 Perth applicants have been awarded places, which is really pleasing.
