Contact: Name of person who is responsible for the donated LOT
LOT: Brief Description of the LOT that is being donated
Donated By: Name of the Company or Person that are donating the LOT
Telephone: Contact's Daytime Telephone Number including Area Code
Value: Approximate value of the LOT
Address: Address with Postcode of the Person or Company who donated the LOT
Web Address: Website Address of the Company who donated the LOT
eMail: Person or Company's eMail address (all lower case)
Category: Choose a Category from the Dropdown list that best represents the LOT
Conditions: Conditions attached to a LOT, ie. Valid until 31st July. etc etc
