Contact: Name of person who is responsible for the donated LOT.
LOT: Brief Description of the LOT that is being donated.
Donated By: Name of the Person or Company that is donating the LOT.
Telephone: Contact's Daytime Telephone Number.
Value: Approximate value of the LOT.
Address: Address with Postcode of the Person or Company who donated the LOT.
eMail: Person or Company's eMail address.
Category: Choose Category from the Drop Down list that best suits the LOT.
Conditions: Conditions attached to a LOT, ie. Must be used before end May 2010 etc.
